Terms of service

1. What Readi is

Readi lets an organisation turn its flier designs into a link. Members open the link on their phone, fill in a short form and get a finished flier to share. Organisations can upload their own flier to make a design, or use one of our ready-made designs.

2. Accounts and organisations

• You must be 18 or over to create an account, and give a real name and an email address you can reach.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• The person who creates an organisation is its owner. The owner is responsible for the organisation's account, including who they invite and the plan it is on. If you create an organisation on behalf of a group, you confirm you are allowed to.
• Owners and admins can invite people and change their roles. Owners and admins can see every flier made with the organisation's links, and the answers typed in.

3. Your content

"Your content" means everything you or your members put into Readi: designs, pictures, logos, fonts, and the names, dates, messages and photos typed into a flier link.

• You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store it, copy it, draw fliers with it and show it to the people you share it with, only so we can run Readi for you. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies the law requires us to keep.
• You must have the right to use it. Only upload logos, crests, photos, fonts and designs that belong to you or that you have permission to use. That includes permission from the people whose names and photos appear on your fliers, and from a parent or guardian when that person is a child.
• Flier links are public. Anyone who has a link can open it and make fliers with it, and each one counts against your plan. Only share links with the people you mean to, and remove a design (its link stops working) if a link spreads too far.

4. What you may not do

Don't use Readi to:

• make anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that threatens or exploits anyone, especially children;
• pretend to be another person or organisation, or make fliers that mislead people (fake announcements, fake fundraising, scams);
• use someone else's name, photo, logo or design without permission;
• send spam, or get around plan limits, rate limits or watermarks;
• break into, overload, scrape or copy the service, or upload anything harmful such as malware.

If we see something that breaks these terms, or someone reports it, we may take a design down (its link stops working) or suspend an organisation or account. We will tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety stops us, and you can reply to hello@readi.mooo.com if you think we got it wrong.

5. Ready-made designs and fonts

• You may use our ready-made designs to make fliers for your organisation, inside Readi. You may change them, but not sell them or offer them as designs on another service.
• Premium and signature designs need a plan that includes them. A design you added while on such a plan keeps working if you move to a smaller plan; you just can't add new ones.
• The fonts on Readi are open-licence fonts (SIL Open Font License or Apache). Their licences are included with the service.

6. Reading uploaded fliers

When you upload a flier to make a design, it is read by Google's Gemini, an AI model (see the privacy policy). The reading is a draft: it can get words, fonts, colours or positions wrong. Check the design before you publish it. Each reading counts against your plan's monthly uploads.

7. Plans and payment

• The free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our homepage. Paid plans have the prices and limits shown on your organisation's billing page when you buy.
• Prices are in Nigerian naira. You pay up front for a month or a year, by Paystack or by bank transfer. A bank transfer starts the plan once we have checked it arrived.
• Plans don't renew by themselves. We email the owner before a plan ends. After it ends you get a few days' grace (shown on the billing page); then the organisation moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when that happens, but free plan limits and the watermark apply again.
• Moving to a bigger plan during a paid period costs only the difference for the time left.
• Payments are not refundable once a plan has started, except where the law requires it or we charged you by mistake. If something went wrong, email hello@readi.mooo.com and we will put it right.
• We may change prices and plans. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

8. Ending

• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Any organisation you own alone is deleted with it, including its designs and fliers. If other people use your organisation, hand it to someone else first.
• We may close an account or organisation that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or that has been inactive on the free plan for a long time (we will email first).
• If we ever shut Readi down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any paid period.

9. The service as it is

We work hard to keep Readi running and your fliers looking right, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will never be down, slow or make a mistake, and we may change or remove features. Keep your own copies of designs that matter to you.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit, lost data or damage to reputation), and our total liability to you for anything to do with Readi is limited to what your organisation paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and email account holders at least 14 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you keep using Readi after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we have a disagreement, please email us first and we will try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of Nigeria will decide it.
